Welcome to LiveLoc. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiveLoc application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms, including any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
By using LiveLoc, you agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You acknowledge that the App is designed to allow you to share your real-time location with others, as well as track and view location data.
By enabling location sharing, you grant permission for the App to access and share your location data with other users in real time.
The App provides a “Trip Reminder” feature that allows a user to set a specific location and time to automatically check whether a selected contact has arrived at, entered, or left a designated area.
Trip Reminder is a one-way, user-initiated feature. The reminder and its results are visible only to the user who created it.
The App does not notify the selected contact when a Trip Reminder is created, checked, or completed.
Trip Reminder can only be used with contacts for whom mutual location sharing has already been enabled.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any actions made with your account credentials.
To use the full functionality of LiveLoc, including location tracking, you must grant the App the necessary permissions to access your device’s location. These permissions can be managed and modified at any time through your device’s settings.
The App uses your device’s GPS to collect location data. You can control whether the app can access this data by adjusting your device’s location settings.
To ensure continuous location tracking, the app may request background location access. You may choose to grant or revoke this permission at any time.
Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you agree to the following:
Location data may be processed automatically to determine whether a contact has arrived at, entered, or left a specified location for the purpose of delivering Trip Reminder results to the user who created the reminder.
The App does not send Trip Reminder-related notifications or alerts to the contact whose location is being checked.
Your location data may be retained for a certain period, but you can view it at any time through the app. You can also choose to deregister your account, at which point all data related to your account will be permanently deleted.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law or to provide services related to the App.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
If you wish to delete all your data, you may deregister your account. All associated data will be deleted from our system once you choose to deregister.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. These changes may include updates to the App’s functionality, features, or availability.
The App may experience downtime due to updates or maintenance. We are not liable for any interruptions in service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App, and we may delete your account and associated data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in location data, technical issues, or loss of access.
